Zach Halmstad

Longtime resident of Eau Claire, Zach Halmstad is a graduate of Eau Claire North High School and University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He graduated with a degree in music, but it was his work at UWEC's IT department that fueled his interest in Apple management. In 2002, Zach co-founded Jamf, which has grown to 17 offices and over 3,000 employees around the world. Jamf was acquired by Vista Equity Partners in 2017 and went public in 2020. In 2012, Zach co-founded Pablo Group, which has built a permanent home for Jamf in Eau Claire, renovated The Lismore hotel, and is a partner in the Oxbow Hotel, all in downtown Eau Claire. In 2017, Zach co-founded Pablo Foundation with Julia Johnson and Jason Wudi.
